Bluetooth Headset not working on Acer Aspire V3-571G

Hello everyone.
I have a problem with the headset that I bought today. The brand is no fear, and I could easily connect it to my phone, and it played music just fine. When I decided to try it on my laptop, it installed just fine (all drivers and everything). My bluetooth is on as well. Once I entered 'Playback Devices', and tried connecting to them, nothing happens. Then I opened 'bluetooth devices' and right-clicked 'BTHead Phone' (the headphones), then I clicked 'Control' and nothing happened. I was quite surprised, so I clicked it again. This time, it loaded up after 4-5 seconds, but it dissapeared without any warnings/errors/whatsoever. The 'Control' window just pops for like 1 second, then it just closes. After about a minute or two, an error finally pops up, saying 'Application failed to initialize. Please verify that you are running the application as a default user, rather than as an administrator.' I went ahead, and read in some forums, but their systems were different, assuming they had different bluetooth devices too (mine is built-in). What I gathered, is that I should give information on the bluetooth radio module, so I went in Device Manager -> Bluetooth Radios -> Right-click on Bluetooth USB Module -> Properties -> Details -> Hardware Ids. It says :
Value

USB\VID_0489&PID_E046&REV_0112
USB\VID_0489&PID_E046

I am not really good with computers, so please answer with simplified words. Thank you.

(PS I also read that you need some sort of a A2DP function on your bluetooth device, but since mine is built-in, I have no idea how to find out if it has it already)

(PS My computer has Windows 7 64-bit system)

I'm sorry, but it's been over a week without an answer. I read that you gotta be patient, but any chances I get an answer soon? Thanx.

Do other bluetooth devices work with your computer? Did you call the maker of the bluetooth headset to see if they had any ideas? Maybe they have heard of this problem before.

You could always try to reload windows and see if that fixes it.

Thank you for the answer, I haven't contacted them, since the headset works with my parents laptop. I assumed it's my bluetooth that is problematic, but it does work with my phone (for file transfer, etc.) I'm going to write them an email or something today.
