Hi, i am very disappointed with Acer for the E380 not having OTG support, i just hope that on a next update you can fix this problem, cause i have seen other phones with same specs and same cpu that have OTG.

So no specs on the web site for the people now what they can have or not and also no support here. I really need to know if it will have support to OTG, to know what i will do with the phone!

Just contact Acer by phone and the service is the same as here, the worst service i ever had, i am very surprise a brand the size of Acer should have a great service to client, very disappointed and for me i will not buy Acer anymore and i want to people think twice before buying Acer, no support by phone our here. And also looks the they where waiting to sell a good quantity of the Liquid E3 to now go out with the Liquid E3 plus for a difference off 20€ of the Liquid E3. Thats how you leave you clients HAPPY. As today, Acer never added the OTG support to its Mediatek smartphones, so i think it will be hard to have it in future releases.

    Let's hope in kitkat.
    I'm not an Acer employee.
