My Acer V5-571 Ultra Slim Laptop's Windows product key/licence was extracted and stolen from my laptop by a technician who worked on my laptop to change a graphic card. A day after that I collected my laptop, i always received a signal that my windows 8 product key has been used on another computer and that I should insert a new product key. Please what can I do to retreive my Product Key back because he denied it when asked. Can my windows 8 product key be retreived back from acer data system with acer V5-571 ultra-slim SERIAL NUMBER.

No machine released with Windows 8 from vendor will come with a Windows 8 License sticker underneath, regardless of the brand. This is one of Microsoft's security measures to reduce piracy. The Product key is electronically stored in the firmware of your mainboard. So if you need to reset or reinstall Windows 8, you don't need to hunt for the product key. It's automatically applied and activated.

Normally, Microsoft does not allow multiple installations of its operating systems unless specified clearly on the respective product purchased. As you are getting the message to buy a new key, it is clear that your product was allowed to be installed only on one computer and installing it on multiple computers has violated Microsoft Software License Terms.
Also, retrieving the product key from Acer data system may not be a useful option as this will not help to deactivate the copy of your product installed on your technician's computer. You might still continue getting the notifications for purchasing a new product key.

The best way out is to contact Microsoft Support Center and explain them your situation. To do this, you can refer to the following link:
