Acer Aspire S7-391 Windows 8.1 issus with Touch Screen and Trackpad

I am not technical in anyway, but since i upgraded to 8.1 my touch screen no longer works, if i look at properties is says that No Pen or Touch Input available for this deisplay.  I have no idea what to do, can someone help, or give me a link ?

    Go to the top of this screen and click the support button. Choose you country. Then select drivers/manuals. Then ultra-thin and your model Aspire S7-391. Click on the Win  8.1 drivers and download the updated Elantech driver for the HID monitor v1.1.6. Just double click the downloaded driver zip or exe file to install and your touchscreen should be back in business.

    Sorry, this sometimes happens with the 8.1 upgrade. Accordingly, I suggest that you follow this Acer erecovery video to restore your Windows 8  system to factory fresh condition but choosing the option to save your personal data. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aqgYe7OcLhA  . If you still have problems after running the erecovery program, then I suggest you contact Acer for warranty phone or chat support, again by clicking the support button on this page.
