I updated your title to be a bit more specific about your issue.

A couple suggestions I have would be to update your wireless driver. You can find updates available on our website at http://support.acer.com. Select your region and head over to drivers and manuals to pull up your unit.

More advanced troubleshooting if you still have issues may be to look at upgrading your firmware of your router as it can be one of the leading causes of this type of intermittent instability.

But in your site no newest drivers for Windows 7 x64 bit. So what me do ?

I apologize, I was a bit hasty. We won't have Win 7 drivers for this unit because we don't ship it with Windows 7.

I've seen others unit the Windiws 8 drivers successfully, and other who go out to the wireless card MFG and download drivers.

Hopefully others will have better idea's that mine. Sorry for the confusion.

So if i reinstall to Windows 8, problem will be solved ?

This should resolve your issue. If you load the default OS you shouldn't have any issue. If you do, I would start to suspect a hardware problem. But that seems unlikely at this point.

Download latest driver here, for Win7: http://www.atheros.cz/atheros-wireless-download.php?chipset=74&system=6 If this won't solve your problem, then problem must be in your router.

If you're getting limited access or limited connectivity, it tells me that the wireless card is working and probably 99 times out of 100 it means there's a setting or compatibility issue.

I would suggest making sure you have the lastest driver installed from our webpage. You could see how the computer connects to other networks. If you don't have issues, I'd suggest looking at your router. Upgrade your firmware and check settings.

If you have trouble connecting to other networks I'd look at the computers settings and maybe contact your local Acer support team. It could possibly need service in this case.

    Hello

I have the same problem with windows 8.1 or windows 8 or windows server 2012.
all my drivers are up to date (downloaded from the ACER website).
    Windows is also updated.
but I have a lot of disconnection.

I am computer scientist and this penalises me in my work!
How resolve this problem because I just bought this ACER Aspire V3 - 772G?

    Thank you
