Display driver crashing in Aspire R7-572-6423 when Photoshop CS 6 opened

I am unable to run Adobe Photoshop CS6 on new Acer Aspire R7-572-6423. As soon as I open any image or drag any image into Photoshop CS 6 I get this following error in taskbar:

Display driver stopped responding and has recovered

Display driver Intel HD Graphics Drivers for Windows 8(R) stopped responding and has sucessfully recovered.

After this Photoshop is not responding and I have to End Process from Task Manager. My display driver version is 10.18.10.3316 and I think its the latest one. Can anyone help me in resolving this issue?

I'm not sure how recent C56 is but you might try running it in a Win7 compatibility mode to see what happens.

Intel's driver wont install in this system. I tried and it stopped before running showing error that is not vendor verified. I have also contacted Intel and this is reply by them:

Now my display drivers crash after loading 64bit Adboe Photoshop CS6. I am using now 32bit Photoshop CS6. But now another issue is with Active stylus 572 that glitches while using with lasso tool in photoshop.

didnt work even on compatibility mode. lasso tool just stops working if i use active stylus 572. at the same time if i drag that lasso tool with mousepad it starts working.

    this is confusing.

Sounds like you've gotta adjust (eg play around with) the settings of a few HID and pointing devices. 8^)

regarding intel's driver. you downloaded the zip version? extract it and try to read the installation readme. i think it might help. there are many methods in there. but, i think this one might help you.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------
       Microsoft Windows* "Have Disk" Installation
    ------------------------------------------------------------------

    1.  Click "Start", right-click "Computer", and click "Properties".

    2.  Click "Device Manager" on the left.

    3.  In the "User Account Control" window, click "Yes".

IF UPDATING DRIVER GO TO STEP 5

    4.  Double-click "Video Controller (VGA Compatible)" if present under
"Other Devices". (Go to step 6).

    5.  Expand "Display adapters" and double-click the graphics controller.

    6.  In the "Driver" tab, click "Update Driver".

    7.  Click "Browse my computer for driver software".

    8.  Click "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer".

    9.  Click "Have Disk..." and click "Browse".

    10. Browse to the directory where you unzipped the file you
downloaded, click the "Graphics" folder, and select the
        "igdlh64.INF" file. Click "Open".

    11. Click "OK" and click "Next". The operating system will install
        the driver.

    12. Click "Close" and click "Yes" to reboot. The driver should now
        be loaded.
