Can not scroll with my touchpad....

Hello All - Apologies as this is my first message and this may have been asked before? I have an Acer Aspire E1-571 and recently upgraded to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8. Since this change the Scroll Feature does not work on the Touchpad. The Touchpad works fine for everything else just not the scroll function. I have tried all the drivers going on the Acer Site and sadly none put it back to how it was. Does anyone have any advice please? Thanks!!

    hi...

You may uninstall the touchpad device in devive manager and restore the same touchpad driver from Acer eRecovery management to fix this issue.

Use the following steps to reinstall a driver or application on your computer:
Press the Windows (Image: icon_Windows8_key.png) key to open the Start screen.
Type Recovery in the search box.
Click Acer Recovery Management in the search results.
If asked to allow the program to make changes, click Yes.
    Click Reinstall Drivers.
On the Contents tab, locate the touchpad  driver and click the Install icon.
Follow the prompts to install the driver.

    hi...

The touchpad would work even if you uninstall the driver, since it will be using the generic windows driver.
