Hi, so i did try to play ragnarok, in playonlinux, emulating windows on linux ( lool ), and it work very well, as for other games, so clearly the chipset isnt faulty at all...

Wich brings me to this request :

Could an acer core tell me wich informations he needs to be sure to look for the real driver that my laptop need? like serial number etc, and find it for me on any acer database that we might not be able to acces, because obviously my driver isnt available online, and as i recall an acer user service's guy told me he could sell me a restore dvd for 60€, with the proper driver on it, so it must mean you guys have it somewhere...

I would really like to solve my problem, and keep a good image of Acer

    Regards

    Hi omzart

Recovery disks are available from support, but if it's just a particular driver you're looking for, then go to support for your region, and click on the "Drivers & Manuals" option.

Enter your laptop details. Now select your OS. To the right of that OS selection box, you will have the option of "Latest" or "All" Select All.

This will give you ALL the drivers released for your model. You may download the one you wish.

Hi thanks you for your answer, but as mentionned in the original post, i have already done all those steps, actually i can only receive help from acer itself.
