Are you seeing available WiFi networks? or none at all ?

I am having the same problem.  It sees the netword, tries to conect then scans network, tries to conect.  Is there a fix for this?

GO to settings, then select wireless, then wifi settings, then access points.

Select the wifi network you can't connect to, then click on forget. Then reconnect to that network and enter the password.

Hi jain praveen, please do the exact same thing I have said above. This is a common android problem. Solution is forget that WiFi network in settings, then reconnect.

You know that if WiFi is connected but the internet is not accessible, then the problem is the router, not the device ?

In that case, you need to enable mobile data on your tablet and correct your router settings.

Your WiFi is not connected to the internet, so you are only connected to the internet by your phones cellular connection.

All that you need to do is make sure your router settings are correct.

Just call your ISP and ask what your settings should be, then write them down and then press the reset button on your router, or turn it off for a minute, then turn it on.

Then all you do is login to your router with the default details listed, usually on a sticker on the bottom side.

Fill in the correct details for your ISP.

That will sort out your problems.

If you still have problems, reply and I'll be back online after breakfast.
