Acer Altos G530 continuous beeps

Server has a continuous beep, spaced approximately 1 second apart.  Boots fine, all three hard drives show green lights.  Running windows server 2000.  No alerts on the desktop showing problems.   Are there any diagnostics that can be run either though software or BIOS to see what could be causing the problem.  Is there a common issue (ie. memory) that would cause a continuous beep code.

Thanks in advance for any help.

It turns out that even though the green lights were on all the hard drives, one of the drives had failed.  I was able to go into the raid  software and turn off the alarm until I was able to replace the drive.

According to your post:  You’re having an issue with your Altos G530 server running Win 2000 server, continuous beeping:  You can check the EVENT VIEWER IN one of two places. This can be done by rebooting the server: Power on the server to start the system POST process. During bootup, press F2 to enter the BIOS setup screen and check this in Event Log Configuration or use the Event Viewer in the operating system[see: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/302542 ]
