Acer Iconia W510-1432 in for Repair

Ok, I have a NEW Acer Iconis W510-1432 Tablet and it would not boot up I sent it in to Acer Repair center and had a Case # and all of that . Every time for the past 9 days I go on line to jueck the status of the repair al it says "Received" so I chat with Tech support and they would not even contact them in Tx. to see if it is even being worked on and they would not even let me contact them...... What kind of service is this? This is a Brand New Tablet not even 1 hr. old. Acer Support SUCKS..... I have never had a support center where you as the customer could not even contact them to check on your product. Is this just me or has this happen to anyone else???  At this point I do not know what to do. How can I get this resolved anyone please.....

    you and i are in the same boat, I guess we just have to live with it and bow to there power! Mine was sent in also, alaso brand new, although mine is the w3 810 also a piece of **bleep**, mine also says status recieved al though I guess its better then saying not recieved!!! wish there was a place to call and check status from what i am told you just have to wait until they fix it, hopefully email you with tracking # when they return, i read it will say being looked at by tech when actually being worked on, then will say complete beng shipped back, who knows how long that will be I was told 7 to 10 working days but i doub that!

    Well, sense I received your update have sent me an email and said the it has been repaired and will be sending me an email with the tracking #... Lets hope it is soon.

     

    Note:  a friend of mine has an apple teblet and Apple overnighted him a New one before he had sent the old one back. Some companies just have better service.

    are you saying that the status showed recieved but you got an email saying it was done? hoping i get mine back soon!

    No Im saying that the status went from received to under Repair and then completed and noe I'm waiting for a tracking #. I hope I get it back this week. I hope you get yours back as well.

    good fopr you, so it took about 9 days to go from recieved to repaired? ok, i have some hope i will get back by end of this week to early next

    Well, I'm still waiting for the Tracking #. I just do not understand why this company takes so long to fix things. This is going on Day 11.......

    Good luck on getting that tracking #. Last time my tablet was repaired I received the same e-mail, unit is repaired and tracking # would follow after unit was shipped. Never got a tracking # but the tablet arrived a few days later.

    you know you may be correct. My wife just clled me to say she just missed Fedex and I still did not receive the Tracking #.

    well I got the tablet back it seems to be working so far. the only thing is the Bluetooth Mouse seems to drop off does anyone have an answer as to why ythe mouse stops working???
