Problem with Acer e350 liquid gallant drivers
i recently installed windows 7 on my pc and i also needed to install the drivers to make the os recognize my device, but, even if i download the correct driver package, it seems that the installer doesn't install those drivers or windows can't recognize them.
Can someone tell me how can i fix this?
thanks

E350 has MTP USB connection and doesn't need drivers to transfer files.
if you need other drivers as ADB or USB tethering, you need to download it and install.
did you check on Device manager if there are exclamation marks?
if any please post a screenshot.

that's what i get...
when i plug in the usb cable windows update tries to get the drivers but it fails.
in the device manager i get an exclamation mark like that.
one more thing: where can i find the drivers for usb tethering for windows 7?

Have you tried to install manually the .inf file?
connect your E350, open device manager on your pc and double click on the device with exclamation mark.
click on update drivers/install drivers, click on "browser my computer for driver" and select the folder with the acer drivers (win32 for x86 OS, vista64 for x64 OS), click ok.

it seems windows doesn't recognize those drivers as x64 drivers...
do i have to reinstall the os
?
