iconia a1-810 dies after update.zip... kills xmass

there xmas morning we happily opened up the new gift an acer iconia 810 tablet. we charged it and boot it up... happily was configuring account passwords when we got an update avaible message... after installing system powerd down and now tablet is dead paper wieght... no boot no splach screen no response on power up..  our brand new tablet haved a short lived usade of about 2hours!! acer support said they can replace it in at least 10 business days..

 wait go.. nice way to destroy a chrismas morning!!!
