    • Iconia W700 stuck at Acer logo & cannot enter BIOS

    My Iconia stuck again after last recovery in early September. It was running good until I found it stuck when I was trying to turn it on. I plan to do recovery using disc but too bad I cant enter BIOS. I tried:

     

    1. Press and hold the Windows button and power button until the Acer logo appears on-screen and then release the buttons.

    2. Power on your computer. When the first logo screen shows, press repeatedly the F12 key to enter the Boot menu.

     

    I have no USB keyboard and mouse with me. Can anyone show me the right way to enter BIOS and then do recovery?

      I have tried with external keyboard. Keyboard is working well to perform restart via Ctrl+Alt+Del at the Acer logo page. And still, I cant enter until Windows login page or BIOS. Please help.
