Being as you're not talking to anyone in particular, and nobody here knows anything about your device, you need to be as descriptive as possible so that we can try to help you. All I know now is that you have an Acer. You mentioned apps so I'll assume it has Windows 8 installed. So it's a newer unit, but that's all we have to go on. What is your model number? V3 or V5? Do you have any other devices connected to your network? Are they disconnecting? What is the make and model of your router? By pages I assume you mean internet pages? Are the apps you're trying to load internet based?

If they are it's entirely possible (if not likely) that all of these issues are caused by wireless problems. Get back to me with more information regarding the unit and your router and I'll see if I can help you out.

I have an Aspire One Series, Manufacturing date is; 12/20/2012 and the only thing I see of a Model # on it is: Q1VZC! Its connecting to my WIFI now but, it is running slow and it closes internet pages waayyy too much!! Like it tells me all the time its not responsive on some things I do online but, it will be working really good at the beginning!!!

Ok, Aspire One running Windows 7 basic. Before we go on to troubleshooting wireless issues, when was the last time that you did a factory reset on your unit? If you've had your unit for a while it can get bogged down over time and cause exactly the sort of issue you're describing. There are still steps that you can take that should speed the unit up a bit, but I would likely still suggest trying a factory reset on the device to bring it to the condition it was in the day you bought it. To do this you can restart the unit, press and hold the ALT button on the left of the space bar and tap F10 repeatedly as fast as you can while holding ALT while the system is loading up. You should start this IMMEDIATELY after pressing the power button, before the Acer logo appears. A small bar will appear that says "Windows is loading files", and then the rest is easy. You just need to choose the first option. Please keep in mind that all files on the system are erased during these steps so please back up any important files ahead of time.

Try this out and if you're still having issues we can look into more advanced steps.

    Take care,

    ScottyC
