Were you ever able to create an Acer ID? At what point do you get the error? Make sure you go to https://www.cloud.acer.com/ops/login, then attempt to create an Acer ID. Can you list the specific steps you are using to get this error.

i can register acer id in acer official website, did u try this way?

Hello,
I have recently bought an acer xc 600,
When I wanted to use the acer cloud for the first time, I received an error 9050.
Searching the net taught me that I had to reinstall the program.
Done that, but now I get the error code 9029, when I want to log in.
Ironically, the automated reply I got from acer gave me a case number, to follow up the answers on my question, and indeed, to do that, I need to be able to log in, so back to start.
Maybe you could help me,

I have not yet met similar problems, everything is smooth. I suggest you send <feedback> in which device occurred that problem and fill out the descriptions in the AcerCloud Portal to try to connect with acer customer service center, the professional technologist will soon reply you. gl hf

It can send feedback without log in, right click the AcerCloud icon on system tray, and click the <send feedback>, check the option <notify me via Email> and fill in your email address.
