Complain about the bad service of Acer

I face a bad service with Acer-Qatar (Redington)

 

It is two weeks now just to change the RAM of my Acer laptop and it is not finish yet. It is under warranty.

 

I'm very surprised to learn that it takes more than two week for Acer to change just the RAM. I believe it is just a one day work not more.

    In addition, I didn't find any single email address on Acer website in order to raise the complaint to.

     

    If anyone knows a contact email of Acer to complain to them, I appreciate if he/she forward it to me

     

    I hope it is not Acer intention not to put any email addresses on their website in order not to hear about any complain.

     

    If the latter is the case, it is not recommended to buy any Acer laptop or other products as they don't support their after sale services. They just sell their products and don't care about after sale services.

    Thanks ACE. However, Redington Qatar WLL are the one that I want to complain their bad services. So , I can not complain them to themselves.

     

    I want to escalate it to Acer Management that may take a proper action with Redington Qatar WLL .

    you can always contact the media or use the social websites to raise the issue
