Problem logging in to internet account

Hello everyone,

I just bought a new all in one Acer desk top computer yesterday. I am using DSL in Northern Canada. MSN.ca is my homepage.

I am having problems logging on to my internet account, often times it takes forever to load. It says in my settings that I am on "Network 2". I dont know if I have to go thru some tutorial to figure it out?

When I get logged on to my homepage...and I try to go to another page it takes a long to time to search and then a long time to load.

I had a problem with my Microsoft account - as I did not not "Trust my PC". I also was asked to use my gmail account as verification (which I forgot the password to). I was sent a recovery email for that.

I play myVegas on Facebook....and that only partially loads to 63% and bogs down....I thought I might need to use Adobe Flash for Windows 8 but I cannot download in that website.......HELLLP!!

Yes i have done  alot of trouble shooting.

I find a microsoft account tied to windows and a new computer a bit too involved.

Here is what I decided to do....package the computer up and return it...

I dont really have an argument for or against how microsoft implements its new operating system with a password.

I got my old laptop fixed...returning the new one. I would say however this is a common theme - issues around Windows 8. Perhaps Micorosoft could rectify the situation by make life a tad bit easier for folks that are not as computer savy.....
