Can't get corner-to-corner focus on k130

Hi there.
For months I thought it was just my projector position relative to my screen but I've measured it and it's now perfect - exactly in the middle and flat on but I still can't get the whole picture in focus. Either the bottom right or rip left corner (like 40% of the screen... not just the extreme corner) is way out of focus meaning I have to choose began having the picture or having the subtitles unreadable! !!!
Does anyone know what I can do? Well Acer fix this for me?

That should have been "bottom left or top right corner"

How long have you had it? Is it still under warranty? - that will determine if you can bring it directly to Acer's attention, though as you are posting here, I assume that it probably isn't an option.

Honestly, as you've made absolutely sure that the projector is 'straight', it sounds like there might just be a smug/dirt/imperfection, either on the lens of the projector or the bulb itself - I'm unware of any strictly technical issue where this could otherwise happen. The lens you could likely clean very carefully. The bulb (unfortunately) you'd likely have to replace, but make sure you can spot a visible imperfection of some sort before you spend the money.

I've had it about a year and I bought it off eBay in the first place, so I doubt I'm going to have too much luck with warranties as I don't know when it was originally purchased (I think that's how warranty periods work isn't it? From date of first purchase?)
