Hello i have rtx 4060 acer nitro 5 and this is the serial number : NHQM0EF00CXXXXXXXXXXXX
And i download cyberpunk and everything things works fine but for curiously i wanted to try the highest settings possible i put it in over drive the highest one with ray tracing and i play it with 30fps and its playable ngl but after 5min it crashed it gave me a black screen and then i shows the second picture then black screen then i cant remove the black screen i restart it and it showed the blue screen i needed to restart it with the button and i realized after analyzing the graph temp in nitro sense that the gpu temp was reaching 90s degree and just after reaching 92 it do this soo its about the temp for sur but ig it not supposed to happen especially when it works in 30fps its playable so idk help me and this is all my references to not get confused
Drivers are latest installedI replace a new thermal paste yesterday My laptop doesn’t have a problemI added a 1to nvme SSD crucial p3 pro ( idk if its important)Im using for a long time my cooling pad IETS GT600 (but the problem happened when i wasn’t using the cooling pad)I think thats it i have too much games only in cyberpunk happened to me this problem and the only game that makes the gpu reached 92deg
I hope i make it easy for u and i hope u can give me a solution Or atleast this happened with all the laptops like mine atleast i its not my laptop fault , thank you

Sorry I can't read the error fault of the BSOD blue screen, but your Nitro is probably not setup properly for the Cyberpunk game, first Install the NVidia App and download and play the Cyberpunk game through this app and with the NVidia settings for this game, as that is the best setting for the Nitro RTX4060 gpu, also use the IETS GT600 laptop cooling pad, as that helps reduce temps also.

Make sure that you have the latest drivers for Win-11 24H2 up to OS build: 26100.4946 and the last bios version installed for the Nitro laptop and especially the last NVidia Game Ready RTX4060 driver version 580.97, as doing all that will ensure the best settings and temps for your gaming laptop. try all that and let us know how it works out.

What is the full model of your Nitro 5? 92C for the GPU is not a safe temperature and could fail at any time. Try to take the laptop apart, clean the fans, and change the thermal paste. If you are not familiar with this, you can ask a technician to do this for you.

Having to use an external app to run a game? Can't those Cyberpunk people just learn to program instead?

    I would return the game.
