I have a constant problem: my laptop, Swift SF314-42 turns off when I connect to a certain WiFi in a public library. How can I solve this problem? It is said that "Something went wrong…" before it turns off and then turns on again. I don't have any problems with connecting to other WiFi networks (public or private), but I have a constant problem with a specific network at the library.

To start, open Settings → Network & Internet → Wi-Fi → Manage known networks. Select the library network from the list and click Forget. Reconnect to the library Wi-Fi manually by selecting it and entering the password. Next, go to Settings → Windows Update to check for system updates. Install all available updates.
