Swift GO 14 (SFG14-71) registration issue, says my serial number is already registered.

Team,
I bought this Acer Swift Go 14 (SFG14-71) laptop on 07/05/2024 from Flipkart. The box was kept packed in my parent's house in India for around a year. Today, when I tried to register this product via AcerSence, it says my serial number is already registered. Please advise.

    First, open an Acer account and register the SFG16-71 that way. If you have the same problem, then contact Acer in your country and register it that way, as its impossible that your SFG16-71 laptop has been registered before if its a brand new in the box laptop that you haven't opened and you have a purchase receipt for and proof of purchase. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
