Good Evening

Hoping someone can help me out with a couple of upgrades I'm looking to carry out on my

Predator PO3-650

From reading the forum my 1st upgrade of CPU cooling is sorted , I'm looking to get a NH-U9S unless anyone has any better recommendations.

Where if struggling is the RAM , my stock system has 16GB (2x8) Adata DDR5-4800 AO2V48UC8W1-BHLS. Im looking to double this or go to 64GB however i cant find any of the ram in my system or listed on this forum in stock for sale. Has anyone got any suggestion on RAM that will work with my PC?

Many thanks in advance for any advice.

Before you upgrade the RAM, make sure that you have the PO3-650 desktops bios updated to its last version R01-A4, as this bios fixes the Intel cpu problems by updating the “INTEL Microcode 0x12B update for the Intel 13th and 14th Generation CPU issue” as it will also update RC and MRC version update which is a memory compatibility issues.

Then have a look at the Crucial RAM Guide for the Acer Predator Orion 3000 PO3-650 desktop, but DO NOT fit their suggested XMP or overclocked ram, only fit the DDR54800MT/s CL40 type ram that is suitable for the 13th Gen cpu like the i5-13400 or (F) model or i7-13700 or (F) model of the PO3-650 desktop, or the listed ram below that Acer has tested on this desktop. Good luck and hope this comprehensive memory guide for the Predator Orion 3000 PO3-650 desktop helps you out..
