I had both Switch Alpha 12 windows 10 and Aspire Windows 11, both of them do not have simplified Chinese in the language pack, only Hong Kong and Taiwan traditional Chinese.

Wondering if anyone can help …

Hi @danhuang , thanks for raising this! Simplified Chinese (简体中文) is indeed a fully written language — it uses logographic characters like Traditional Chinese, but with fewer strokes for easier reading and writing. It’s the official script in mainland China, Singapore, and Malaysia. If your Windows language pack only shows Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong/Taiwan), you may need to manually add Simplified Chinese via Settings > Time & Language > Language > Add a language, then search for “简体中文”. Let us know if you need help with the steps or if the option is missing entirely — we’ll be happy to assist further!
