Can't access Google, chrome or Gmail on Acer Aspire Go 15 laptop, YouTube works without sign in

I just bought the laptop. I have tried to connect to Google and google Chrome but I always get the answer: can't connect, the same with Gmail.. I can use You Tube but when I try to sign in the same answer:

Can't connect. I have no problems with my internet connection 50 mbit/s.

    Hi, I recommend using Windows Edge instead of Chrome as Edge browser is integrated in Windows11 24H2, Windows security-Firewall may have issues with 3rd-party browsers. If you are using MS365 or Office with Outlook that is the best e-mail program to use with Gmail, but Edge also works OK with Gmail online.

    To fix Google sign-in issues, clear Chrome’s cache and cookies, restart both your router and laptop, and test Gmail or Google in another browser like Firefox or Edge to check if the problem is limited to Chrome

    For the record, I have 3 browsers, Edge, Chrome and Firefox. When I get the question: "Prove that you are a human" never works on Edge but always work on Chrome. I have cleaned cache and cookies but it still doesn't work. I guess that Acer have stopped third-party apps, the question is how to fix it. It is not normal that I cannot assess Gmail.

    I have solved the problem. I had to change the DNS adress to 1.1.1.1.
