So I've been recently having trouble with Realtek audio® and I trouble shoot it and go to the device manager and it says everything is perfectly fine. but whenever I try to talk in call or in a game it doesn't detect my voice at all for some reason. Any way to fix this?

If a Realtek audio device appears fine in Device Manager but voice is not detected in calls or games on your Acer Aspire laptop, the issue likely lies in the microphone's settings or connection. Start by checking the microphone's privacy settings in Windows, ensuring it's enabled and accessible to the applications you're using. Also, verify that the correct microphone (headset or built-in) is selected as the default input device in the Sound settings. If problems persist, consider updating or reinstalling the Realtek audio drivers, potentially from Acer's website.

Here's a more detailed breakdown of troubleshooting steps:-
    1. Check Microphone Privacy Settings:
Go to Start > Settings > Privacy > Microphone.
Ensure "Microphone access for this device" is turned On.
Under "Choose which apps can access your microphone," make sure the specific apps you're using (e.g., Discord, Zoom, your game) have permission to use the microphone.
    2. Verify Default Input Device:
Right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select Sound Settings.
Go to Input and confirm your headset or built-in microphone is selected as the default input device.
If using a headset, ensure it's properly connected and selected. You may also need to configure it within the Realtek Audio Console (if installed).
    3. Update/Reinstall Realtek Audio Drivers:
Open Device Manager (search for it in the Start menu). Expand Sound, video, and game controllers.
Right-click on Realtek(R) Audio and select Update driver.
If updating doesn't work, try Uninstall device, then restart your computer. Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver. If it doesn't, download the latest driver from Acer's support website for your specific Aspire model.
