Hi, verify first if your home router is working and allows multiple devices to connect, check it with another Windows Wi-Fi laptop not a phone or cellular network device. Remove the link you made for the router and create (add) a new network connection in Windows Network and Internet settings. Reset the adapter if still unable to connect.

First, go to your Wi-Fi settings, find your home network in the list of saved connections, and remove it using the “Forget” option. After restarting your laptop, reconnect to the network by entering the password again. Next, reboot both your router and laptop to refresh the connection. If that doesn’t work, update or reinstall your Wi-Fi adapter driver via Device Manager — Windows can often resolve connection issues by restoring default drivers. Lastly, you can use the built-in network reset feature by going to Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network reset, which clears all network configurations and reinstalls adapters after a restart.
