To restore color on your X2322QUV3 monitor, start by checking your computer's display settings and color profiles. If color filters are enabled, turn them off. You can also try calibrating your display or resetting color settings in your operating system. If the issue persists, consider checking your monitor's settings, cable connections, and graphics card drivers.

    Here's a more detailed breakdown:
    1. Check Computer Display Settings:
    Windows:
Go to Settings > System > Display. Look for options related to color profiles, color calibration, or color filters. Ensure that any color filters (like grayscale or colorblindness modes) are disabled.
    2. Check Monitor Settings:
Use the monitor's physical buttons to access its menu.
Look for settings related to color temperature, brightness, contrast, and gamma. Adjust these to see if it improves the color quality.
    3. Check Cable Connections:
Ensure the video cable (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.) is securely connected to both the monitor and your computer.
Try using a different cable to rule out a faulty cable.
    4. Check Graphics Card Drivers:
Outdated or faulty graphics card drivers can cause color issues.
Update your graphics card drivers to the latest version.
You can usually do this through the Device Manager (Windows) or System Preferences (macOS).
    5. Color Calibration:
If you have a colorimeter, use it to calibrate your monitor for accurate color representation.
If not, you can use the built-in calibration tools in your operating system or monitor's menu.
    6. Reset Color Settings:
If you've made changes to the color settings and are unsure how to revert them, you can reset them to their defaults.
In Windows, you can find color management settings under Control Panel or Settings and reset them there.

Your best path forward is to contact Acer customer support Contact Acer | Acer Official Site | Acer India directly. They can guide you through restoring proper color output or check for possible hardware issues

    Before calling, it’s helpful to:

    • Check the video cable connection and try swapping it out with another.
    • Confirm if other colors display correctly on a different input or device.
    • Test with a different PC or laptop, just to rule out graphics card issues

Heheh, isn't AI great? Neither of those bots even bothered to check that you had a typo in your model number. It's an XZ322QU, not an X2. :)

According to the user manual, there is a grayscale mode in the OSD. Just change that back to color.
