Hello, I recently bought an Acer Aspire Lite AL15-41laptop, Windows 11 Pro was installed there, Bluetooth drivers inside and Wifi did not work, the service center could not help. I switched to ubuntu, everything is OK there, but again I had to switch to Windows. I installed Windows 10, but there is no wifi driver and there is no support for this model (Acer Aspire Lite AL15-41) here ☹️ Please tell me where and which driver can I install? I really need it 🙏

The Acer Aspire Lite AL15-41 laptop is a specific model that is only sold and released in India and its WLAN is the following specification: · Realtek® WIFI 5 WLAN +BT5.0 · Intel® AX200 WLAN (WIFI 6) +BT 5.2 card.

Go to the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 Gig+ drivers and download the Wi-Fi/BT drivers for this card and see if it will install and work with your laptop, as Acer internationally does not list any drivers for the Acer Aspire Lite AL15-41 laptop. Good luck

    Hi There ,

Please use below link to download the required drivers , check the website details as per your country server , mine is for Country India(/in-en/) hope this will help.

    https://www.acer.com/in-en/support/product-support/Aspire_Lite_AL15-41

To be honest this model of acer, aspire lite models are not actively supported from acer , don't know the cause but the other models are good with better service , next time i will go other models of aspire , and higher end models.

    Thanks

If your Acer Aspire Lite AL15-41 laptop running Windows 10 Home is experiencing issues with the Wi-Fi driver, you should first try updating the driver through Device Manager, or by downloading the correct driver from Acer's support website. If that doesn't work, you may need to try a few troubleshooting steps, such as resetting the network, or checking for a physical Wi-Fi switch.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of the troubleshooting steps:-

    1. Update the Wi-Fi driver:
    Using Device Manager:
Open Device Manager by searching for it in the Windows search bar.
    Expand "Network adapters".
Locate your Wi-Fi adapter (it might be named something like "Realtek... Wi-Fi" or "Intel... Wi-Fi").
Right-click on the adapter and select "Update driver".
    Choose "Search automatically for drivers".
    Downloading from Acer's website:
Go to Acer's support website and enter your laptop's model (AL15-41).
Download the appropriate Wi-Fi driver for Windows 10.
Install the downloaded driver and restart your laptop.

    2. Troubleshooting further:
    Resetting network settings:
In some cases, resetting the network can help resolve driver issues. This can be done by searching for "network reset" in the Windows search bar and following the instructions.
Checking for a physical Wi-Fi switch:
Some laptops have a physical switch (often on the side or front) that can disable the Wi-Fi. Make sure this switch is in the "on" position.
Checking for a faulty WiFi card:
If updating and troubleshooting doesn't work, it's possible the Wi-Fi card itself is faulty. You may need to contact Acer support or a computer technician for further diagnosis and repair.
