    try to do a driver "Refesh First" by doing this:

    WI-FI Driver Refresh >Go to Device Manager > Network adapters > select Killer AX1675i card > right click the card Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the last and most recent dated Wi-Fi driver that is in that list, and reinstall that driver, as afterwards your Wi-Fi should work.

    If the above doesn't work, then do a "power cycle of your laptop" which is really a "Hard Reset". This is often used to refresh your Internet connection and hopefully fix our network adapter not working/responding issue(s).

    Do the power cycle as instructed below and also unplug the RTC/BIOS battery from its mainboard plug and short the RTC/BIOS battery mainboard plug +&- pins (as shown below in the caption) with a metal tweezers or screwdriver monetarily to reset CMOS as that should make "This device cannot start. (code 10) error" not appear.

    1. Unplug the charger, power off your laptop and remove the battery.
    2. Long press the power button for at least 30 seconds and wait for 10 minutes.
    3. Put the battery back in, charge your laptop and boot it up.
    4. Check the network and see if it works.

    If all the above doesn't work, then your Killer AX1675i card is faulty, buy the other card that Acer fits to the Swift SFG14-71 model which is the "Intel Wi-Fi 6E BT5.2 AX211.NGWG.NV" Acer part @: KE.WF60N.003 which I've included below for the SFG14-71 laptop. Good luck and hope this helps you out to fix this issue.

    Thank you for replying @StevenGen.

    When I started my laptop to do the Wi-Fi driver, Wi-Fi was already detected (I have not even done the driver refresh). I used my laptop for something about 3 to 4 hours then closed the laptop. But when I started it again, I was facing the same issue as before. So I did the Wi-Fi driver refresh but no success :(

    Does this mean the Wi-Fi card is working but it's not getting enough power ?

    And for the second method neither I have tools to open a laptop not I have enough skills to do that so I'll try to go to acer service center as my laptop is still under warranty.

    @StevenGen,

    Update:

    Wi-Fi refresh method didn't work first time, but I tried it again now and it worked.

    Let's see how long it stays

    Good to know, give the Wi-Fi driver refresh one week and see if its fixed the disconnection problems, if it doesn't then send your laptop to Acer Tech Support in your country and get them to either change the card or the mainboard, as these laptops mainboards are not cheap to replace, the SFG14-71 top of the range spec board the i7-1355U 16GB UMA QHD is like USD $1,381.49 and the i5-1335U 16GB UMA is USD $976.78 plus shipping and installation costs, that is if you allow the Acer 12 months warranty to expire and you will need a new board. Good luck.
