Acer Online chat and email support failure

Acer India has provided two support links via chat and email

It asks for the device serial or snid alphanumeric number (which is found on the sticker at the back side of the tablet) to continue. It fails to recognize or validate the information. Under Settings>About phone>Model, the exact serial is mentioned.

The call helpline directs to mail to 3rd party service support at StarTek

Is there an Acer direct support representative to reach out to?

    It was disappointing to have a Startek representative ask biography after having purchased the product directly from Acer online store as the purchase details are still available online. There should have been some form of link the purchase information for the support team to retrieve sale detail to map with a contact number. Its like creating a hurdle to answer the question. The email is like snail mail.
