Hi!

I have a SpatialLabs™ View Pro 27 monitor running the latest version of the SpatialLabs Experience Center Pro. When I try to launch anything in 3D, the monitor will not go into 3D mode:

Using SpatialLabs Go, my Stereoscopic Video will continue to play in Stereoscopic mode, and using the Model Viewer I will get a DLL Load Error, then the program will crash. I also cannot seem to open the Calibration Screen to even test if the issue is with the apps, or the entire SpatialLabs Software Suite, which I am assuming is an issue with the entire software.

I have gone through the files to see if the DLL file was missing, and it seems like it is not. I can see the DLL in the Application Files, in the correct location where it is supposed to be, but cannot figure out why this issue persists.

I have gone through the troubleshooting steps listed on the website, but have not had any luck unfortunately.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall multiple times, along with multiple restarts on the computer and nothing seems to be working.

My system has an i9, along with a RTX 4070, and 16GB of ram, so powerful enough to run the software. The system is connected properly: HDMI from PC to Monitor, and USB A from the PC to the USB C on the monitor. The orange light on the left side of the eye tracking sensors does not seem to be lighting up either.

What seems to be the issue? How can I fix this issue so that I am able to see things in 3D and also be able to open apps like the Model Viewer?

I just had some issues and only thing that fixed it for me before reinstalling was downloading cc cleaner and clearing all the acer / spatial lab registry entries
