Hi, a week ago my laptop started crashing with an error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I've tried everything, tried researching what could cause it but it's still happening. I've reinstalled whole windows and that also didn't help. Here are 2 dmp files that I have right now in Minidump folder: https://limewire.com/d/fWBIr#nmvjMbHa7X

Both crashes happened when playing League of Legends, but that doesn't matter because it also happened after installing fresh windows when I didn't had it yet.

For anyone having the same problem in the future, try turning off memory integrity in windows security settings. That fixed it for me and there are no more BSOD's :)

Hi, boot to Safe Mode (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-startup-settings-1af6ec8c-4d4a-4b23-adb7-e76eef0b847f) and work for a while offline, if you don't crash I suspect that the dGPU driver is broken or incompatible with your OS assuming you have a Nitro laptop. Download DDU from Wagnardsoft.com and in Safe Mode uninstall the Nvidia dGPU driver (see red arrow, picture) don't install but let Windows find the best driver, that will either be installed or offered in Optional updates when you "Check for updates" in Windows.

You are not posting your laptop model but if this does not fix the crashing you may have a graphics card problem and then taking it to Acer Services in your country is the best solution.

Hi @Puraw and @raohenry. Thank you for the quick answer! My laptop model is Nitro AN517-55 I forgot to include that in the post. Will try things that both of you said and then let you know if BDOS happened again 🤗

Hi @Puraw. Unfortunatelly, that didn't help. I can see that @raohenry got banned but I also checked ram in cmd and it didn't show any issues. Is there anything else that I could do? Or is sending my laptop on the varranty the only way? I'm using it to work remote so I'd preffer to not do that if I don't need to :/

    1. Update the BIOS or UEFI firmware to the latest
    2. Reset BIOS to default settings
    3. Clean the hard disk partition on which you are installing Windows.
    4. Disconnect the dedicated graphics card, and then follow the Windows installation.
    5. Update your drivers.

I found this in the event viewer. Could that be the issue?

Code Integrity determined that a process (\Device\HarddiskVolume3\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Platform\4.18.25050.5-0\MsMpEng.exe) attempted to load \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\iigd_dch.inf_amd64_eb694f1652817f4a\igd10iumd64.dll that did not meet the Custom 3 / Antimalware signing level requirements.
