First ensure the power adapter and cable are properly connected and not damaged. If possible, try using a different power outlet or charger to rule out electrical issues. If the problem persists, perform a battery reset by turning off your laptop, unplugging the charger, and locating the battery reset pinhole on the bottom of the device. Use a paperclip to press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then plug the charger back in and turn on the laptop. Additionally, updating the battery drivers can help resolve software-related issues. Restart your laptop after updating. Lastly, ensure your BIOS and Windows are up to date, as outdated firmware can sometimes cause charging problems
