NitroSense installation won't even start on NitroV16-41

I downloaded the latest version of NitroSense for my specific model laptop. I extracted the files from the zip. I double click the Setup.exe and nothing happens. I have tried doing the same with administrative privileges. I tried it in Safe Mode. I tried Windows Trouble Shooting. I even downloaded and tried one version prior with the same results. The more frustrating thing is that everything was working perfectly before I had to send it back to Acer to repair the display not working. When I got it back, the Nitro Mode Select button wasn't working, neither was the Nitro button by the number pad. I was also getting errors in the Nitro software itself. So no stuck trying to do a clean install, and that won't work either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to have to send it back AGAIN and be without it again. I use it daily for work, home and gaming.

Thanks in Advance

    Follow these steps:

    1. Download the free version of Revo uninstaller and uninstalled nitro sense with it. It's important to let revo scan after uninstall because it'll find garbage files in registry that sense leaves behind and probably corrupts any new install. Let it clear those files.
    2. Go to Acer's website and download Nitrosense for your laptop. (If there's different version of nitrosense available then try them all one by one and check which one work for you)
    3. Extract folder and run Setup.exe
    4. Run Command prompt as Administrator
    5. type in the following and press enter (without the quotation marks): ".\lodctr.exe /R"
    6. Go back to the folder where you extracted Nitrosense
    7. Go into "Nitrosense V3.1" folder
    8. Run APPXBUNDLE file
    9. After that, Nitrosense immediately launched, and now it's back on my Taskbar, running every time I click on it.

    If issue, persists:

Then download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ All-in-One pack. Since NitroSense requires specific versions that may not be available on your laptop, this will help. Use the link I provided to download and install the latest Visual C++ All-in-One pack. Make sure to install both the x86 (32-bit) and x64 (64-bit) versions one by one to ensure full compatibility. As applications require both versions, even on 64-bit systems, because some programs are built for 32-bit and others for 64-bit environments

Download all in one lack from below link and run:

If NitroSense installation is not even starting on your Acer Nitro V16-41 laptop, it's likely due to a corrupted installation file or a conflict with other software. Try downloading a fresh copy of NitroSense from the Acer support website. Ensure you have administrator privileges during installation and consider disabling any conflicting software or security features temporarily. If the issue persists, a system restore or hard reset might be necessary.

Here's a more detailed breakdown of troubleshooting steps:-

    1. Verify Download and Installation:
Download from official source: Download the NitroSense installer from the Acer support website for your specific model.
Extract correctly: If it's a compressed file, ensure it's extracted to a known location.
Run as administrator: Right-click the installer (Setup.exe) and select "Run as administrator".
    2. Check for Conflicts:
    Antivirus/Firewall:
Temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall to see if they're interfering with the installation.
    Other software:
Some users have reported conflicts with other Acer software or third-party applications. Close unnecessary programs before installing NitroSense.
    Fast Startup:
Disable Fast Startup in Windows Power Options, as it can sometimes cause issues with driver installations.

    3. Advanced Troubleshooting:
    System Restore:
If the installation was partially successful before, try restoring your system to a previous point when NitroSense was working.
Hard Reset: As a last resort, consider performing a hard reset of your laptop, but back up your important data first.
    Contact Acer Support:
If none of the above steps work, contact Acer support for further assistance. They may have specific solutions for your model.

Start by restarting your laptop, as this can resolve temporary software conflicts. If the issue persists, uninstall NitroSense from Control Panel > Programs & Features, restart your laptop, and download the latest version from Acer’s official site. When installing, right-click Setup.exe and select Run as Administrator to ensure proper installation. Additionally, open Task Manager, navigate to the Services tab, find NitroSense Service, and restart it to restore functionality.
