I have the ACER Nitro EDS320Q monitor, and I enabled my OSD lock while trying to fix another setting. My monitor doesn't have a second menu button, and if it does, I can't find one. I tried holding down the joystick, doesn't work, I unplugged it for 20 seconds and then retried, still doesn't work. I even waited a day to retry, and it just won't unlock. Anybody know how to fix this issue?

Also, I haven't been able to fix this issue where all light greys become this really weird light green type of color? It started the second I enabled the OSD lock

Does holding down the joystick for 10 seconds do anything?

Recommended steps: * Update your GPU drivers directly from NVIDIA or AMD using their official tools. * Disable any overclocking utilities to test system stability at base settings. Monitor your system temperature using HWMonitor or MSI Afterburner.

@Axxo Why would I have to update my pc software if it's a software issue with my monitor?

Try checking the manual to see if it mentions anything about the OSD lock.

The manual does say hold down the joystick for 10 seconds but that doesn't work.

To unlock the OSD on your Nitro EDS320Q monitor, press and hold the Menu button (or the button labeled with a joystick or similar) on the front panel for 10 seconds while the monitor is turned off, and then turn it back on. If pressing the Menu button doesn't work, try pressing the button next to the power button for 5 seconds. Some monitors may require you to pull the joystick-button towards the screen.

    Detailed Steps:-
Turn off the monitor: Ensure the monitor is completely off before proceeding.
Press and hold the Menu button: Locate the Menu button (or the equivalent joystick button) on the front of the monitor. Press and hold this button for about 10 seconds.
Turn on the monitor: While still holding the Menu button, press the power button to turn the monitor on.
Release the Menu button: Once the monitor is turned on, release the Menu button.
Access the OSD: You should now be able to access the OSD menu and adjust your settings.
If you continue to have issues, refer to your monitor's manual for specific instructions or contact Acer support for assistance.
