My laptop is registered for the warranty, I have until December 2026 laptop warranty. I am experiencing issues with my screen and I want to bring it to Acer Authorized Store for to warrant for repair.

Hi, a proof of purchase is generally required for warranty repairs on a registered Acer laptop. Try to get a copy of the bill from the retailer where you bought the laptop, if this is not possible call the Acer Support chatroom and ask them if they can waive the POP requirement for this repair under warranty.

Since your laptop is under warranty until December 2026, you should be eligible for a screen repair at an Acer Authorized Store. To proceed, first check the warranty coverage details on Acer’s Warranty Policy to confirm eligibility. Then, use Acer’s Support Page to locate an authorized service center near you. When visiting the store, make sure to bring your proof of purchase and warranty details to ensure a smooth repair process.
