Hi, i have a P11-11 model A24001 bought in january 2025. I was using it normally and the battery got discharged. When I plug the charger, the red led does not turn on. The tablet doesn't turn on either. I've left it for a couple of hours and it hasn't changed. Adapter and cable are working and they're plugged to the wall socket.

Power button doesn't work.

Power button + volume up (or down) doesn't work.

Soft reset doesn't work.

Reset button doesn't work.

Is there anything else I could try?

Hi, take it back to the retailer or submit a Repair under warranty ticket with Acer Support online and wait for instructions by e-mail.

    Hi leohf16,

The charging port is the small micro USB port where the charger plugs into the tablet. This may be broken, causing the device not to charge. If the port is visibly loose, then this is likely causing the charging problems. Try wiggling the USB cord to see if it will charge.

    • If the Reset button on your Iconia P11 tablet isn't working, you may need to access the tablet's recovery mode to perform a factory reset. This can be done by pressing and holding the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously while the tablet is off, then releasing the Power button while continuing to hold the Volume Down button until the recovery mode screen appears. You can then use the volume buttons to navigate and select "Wipe data/factory reset" to initiate the reset process.
    • Here's a more detailed breakdown:
    • Step 1: Power Off the Tablet
      • Hold down the Power button until the tablet turns off completely.
    • Step 2: Enter Recovery Mode
      • Power + Volume Down: Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously.
      • Release Power, Continue Volume Down: Keep holding the Volume Down button until the recovery mode screen appears.
      • Alternative: Some models might use Power + Volume Up instead of Volume Down to enter recovery mode.
    • Step 3: Perform Factory Reset
      • Navigate: Use the volume buttons to navigate to "Wipe data/factory reset".
      • Select: Press the Power button to select "Wipe data/factory reset".
      • Confirm: Confirm the reset by selecting "Yes" and pressing the Power button again.
      • Wait: The factory reset process will begin, and you'll need to wait for it to complete.
