When Nitrosense updates it asks me to click ok and wait for the admin panel. I click yes and wait and then it spits out an error. I tried to manually install it myself but it says a newer version of the Prerequisites is installed. I can't figure out how to uninstall the Prerequisites.

My laptop model is a ANV15 51 789j.

    @CarlTheSkunk,

    Try run NitroSense installer as Administrator mode.

    Try run .appxbundle file located in the "UWP" folder.

    Try this if your Nitro Sense doesn't open for you:

    1. Download the latest Nitro Sense from the Acer website using your model or S/number.

    2. Go to the installation folder and install from setup. When you finish the installation, go to the Nitro 3.1 folder and open the APPXBUNDLE FILE. Tap Reinstall and Launch.

    4. If that doesn't work for you and you see the Nitro Sense logo and then it disappears after you hit launch, go to the Windows taskbar and then tab details and right-click NitroSense.exe, then tab properties, and then in the General section you will see NitroSense.exe Location. Go to that destination on your laptop, and you will see this destination.

    (C:\Program Files\WindowsApps……….) So in order to see the WindowsApps folder, you will have to show hidden files on the File Explorer, and then you will see WindowsApps. After that, go open that WindowsApps folder. If it asks, You need permission to open that folder, you need to take full control of that folder. When you finish taking control, open it, and you will see a bunch of folders. All you need to do is search a folder name like this (AcerIncorporated.NitroSenseV31_3.1.3052.0_x64__48frkmn4z8a w4).

    Open that folder and then open the Win32 folder, and you will see the nitrosense exe. Right-click the app and go to properties and the compatibility, and set it as administrator. Apply and then send it to your desktop as a shortcut. Don't open it yet.

    4. Go back to Program Files and open Acer, then Nitro Sense Service, and you will see some apps starting PS Letter Open them As administrator, these 4 files – PSAdminAgent, PSAgent, PSLauncher, and PSSv.

    5. Then go to the seach bar and go to the services and check if prdetor sense is set to Automatic and Running.

    6. Finally go to Desktop and open the Nitrosense shortcut; it should work and open without a problem.

    * Just remember to only open Nitrosense on the desktop shortcut you set, not anywhere else, not even the Big N button on the keyboard and not the the on search bar , and if you open it from those options, remember to end the Nitrosense task from the taskbar and then open the desktop shortcut again, because that's the only way it opens for me.
