For any firmware updates for an M.2 SSD you need to go to Micron for their model Micron_3400 latest firmware update, as Acer does have a firmware update for any specific Micron drives, the only firmware update that Acer has is to "Enhance storage performance" version v61507100 that you should have installed for better M.2 SSD drive performance.

Also you should be running the last bios version 1.25 for best performance of your Nitro AN16-41 model laptop also. But for all specific Micro M.2 SSD drives like their model 3400, you need to go to the Micron web site and get the last M.2 SSD 3400 models firmware update, as Acer does not have that update. Good luck and hope this helps you out

You can disable AcerSyshardwareServices.exe and AcerhardwareService.exe in Windows Services, but be cautious—these services might be essential for certain Acer hardware functions. If you get other errors set the 2 services to manual Start type instead of disabled.
