This is the error message I receive when I try to plug in keyboards. It makes the accessories non-functional (wont type), but receives power (still lights up). How do I fix this???

Please let me know the hardware ID and operating system of your keyboard in the device manager. I will provide you with the appropriate driver.

The biggest reason why the problems are not solvedis if someone who says there is a problem with the GPU says; If I change the case, will the problem be solved? That's the whole point! The concepts are different! We should not go off topic.

What computer do you have? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx. Which OS is installed? What keyboard brand and model are you trying to plug in?

Hi, the hardware ID is HID\VID_3151&PID_3020&REV_0002&MI_00 and the manufacturer is Insyde Software Corp. The keyboard specifically is the MK-BOX by Magegee, I tried installed drivers from their website but the program won't detect the device.

Let me know if this is the information you needed, thank you.

That keyboard is made by China Resource Semico Co., Ltd. I don't know where you see the reference to Insyde Software. As far as I know they only do the BIOSes. It sounds like the keyboard isn't working, providing potentially garbled data during the USB handshake, since it should use the standard keyboard driver. I assume you have tried it on multiple USB ports?

The device ID you sent appears as "USB Composite Device".

Your keyboard is not software related, there seems to be another problem. Please contact a computer service.

Yes, I have tried multiple USB ports, but the device still comes up as unknown, this occurs with all keyboards that I try though, including a razor one (at least with that I could download the drivers for). This Magebox keyboard works on other computers, just not mine, would that indicate that theres a bigger problem here?

Possibly. Do other USB devices work? If it's only keyboards that fail then it's more likely software than hardware.
