The biggest reason why the problems are not solvedis if someone who says there is a problem with the GPU says; If I change the case, will the problem be solved? That's the whole point! The concepts are different! We should not go off topic.

Error code 9001 when attempting to turn on Voice Access is often related to issues with the underlying speech recognition engine or system services. It can also indicate problems with the microphone or its drivers, or even be caused by conflicts with other software.
Here's a breakdown of potential causes and solutions:

    1. Speech Recognition Issues:
      Microphone Problems:
Ensure your microphone is properly connected and that its drivers are installed correctly. You can update drivers in Device Manager.
      Regional Settings:
Experiment with temporarily changing your regional settings to a different location and then back to your preferred location.
      Speech Recognition Settings:
Go to Settings > Time & language > Speech and ensure "Recognize speech" is enabled. You can also try disabling and re-enabling the microphone within these settings.
      Clean Boot:
A clean boot helps identify if third-party applications or services are interfering with speech recognition.
    2. System Services and Software Conflicts:
      Game Service Corruption:
If you're experiencing this error with a game, it could indicate a corrupted Game Service installation. Try reinstalling the Game Service or performing a repair upgrade using the Media Creation Tool.
      Antivirus Interference:
Bitdefender has been known to block the Game Service login process, so temporarily disabling it might help.
      Malware:
Scan your computer for malware infections using Windows Defender offline or the Microsoft Safety Scanner.
    3. Nintendo Switch Specific Errors:
      Network Outages:
If you're experiencing this error on a Nintendo Switch, check the Nintendo's Network Maintenance page for any service outages.
      eShop Issues:
Try purchasing or redeeming content directly from your Nintendo Switch console's eShop.
      Account Issues:
Make sure your Nintendo Account is linked to a Nintendo Switch console and that you haven't already redeemed a similar product (like a Nintendo Switch Online membership).
    4. Other Potential Causes:
      Damaged Transaction Log Files:
In some cases, error 9001 can be related to damaged transaction log files or storage device issues.
      Application Pool Conflicts:
If you're running an application that uses application pools, a conflict with the SID might cause this error.
