Hello; Please send us the brand, model or part number of the device you are using to activate and set up your sound device. We will send you the most suitable driver or if you have an Acer product, you can reach us from the link below.

    Download Acer Offical

Please click like if your problem is solved or write my problem is solved.

The biggest reason why the problems are not solvedis if someone who says there is a problem with the GPU says; If I change the case, will the problem be solved? That's the whole point! The concepts are different! We should not go off topic.

To install and activate sound devices on Windows, you'll first need to ensure they're properly connected to your computer. Then, you can use Windows' built-in tools to manage and activate them. If you're experiencing issues, updating drivers or troubleshooting common problems like "No audio device is installed" can help

    Here's a step-by-step guide:

    1. Physical Connection:
Connect the device: Make sure your speakers, headphones, or other sound devices are properly plugged into the appropriate ports on your computer (usually a green 3.5mm audio jack for speakers/headphones).
Check connections: Ensure the cables are securely connected and not loose or damaged.
Verify Bluetooth pairing: If using a Bluetooth device, make sure it's paired with your computer and in range.
    2. Windows Sound Settings:
      Open Sound settings:
Method 1 (Settings app): Press Win + I, go to "System," then "Sound".
Method 2 (Run command): Press Win + R, type mmsys.cpl, and press Enter.
      Manage Devices:
Enable devices: If a device is disabled, right-click it and select "Enable".
Set as Default: Select the desired device in the "Output" or "Input" section and choose "Set as default" if needed.
Test the device: Play some audio to verify the device is working.
    3. Troubleshooting (if needed):
      Update Drivers:
Open Device Manager: Search for "Device Manager" in the Start Menu.
Locate Sound Devices: Expand "Sound, video and game controllers".
Update Drivers: Right-click the device and select "Update driver," or "Properties" to check the driver details.
Check for Updates: Go to "Update & Security" > "Windows Update" and check for optional driver updates.
      Run Troubleshooter:
Open Troubleshooter: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshooter > Additional troubleshooters.
Run the Playing Audio Troubleshooter: Select the troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.
      Reinstall Drivers:
If updating doesn't work, try uninstalling the driver and then reinstalling it.
    4. Advanced Troubleshooting:
Check for Hardware Conflicts: Use Device Manager to check for any hardware conflicts.
Enable the Windows Audio Service: In Services (search for "services.msc"), make sure the "Windows Audio" service is running and set to "Automatic" startup type.
Check for Malware: Run a full system scan to rule out malware interfering with sound.

Check that your speakers or headphones are properly connected. If your device isn’t working, enable it by going to Control Panel > Sound, right-clicking your device, and selecting Enable. Updating your drivers can also help—go to Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers, right-click your audio device, and choose Update driver. Running the Windows Troubleshooter under Settings > System > Sound > Troubleshoot can automatically detect and fix common issues. Lastly, make sure your preferred sound device is set as the default in Sound settings.
