I changed the motherboard on my laptop to an an515-43 la-j621p, not native, and stopped accepting drivers on the video card, when turned on for 10 minutes it will work and the blue screen crashes, all errors are related to drivers, when entering the device manager it immediately crashes.

    If so, you should know that when the motherboard is changed, the graphics card will give an error when the version or chip difference is triggered by Windows. This is normal. What you need to do;

    Please access the Windows advanced boot menu, select one of the safe mode, low-resolution video options, uninstall the software while on the desktop and restart it.

    Windows Offical Document

    The biggest reason why the problems are not solvedis if someone who says there is a problem with the GPU says; If I change the case, will the problem be solved? That's the whole point! The concepts are different! We should not go off topic.

    And which driver should I download to the video card? I tried different options and got a blue screen. I tried it from the official website too.

    Sorry, there is no such possibility now, but it showed GTX1650, downloaded special drivers from acer, but the same failure, before that there was an an515-43-r860 motherboard, but it burned out and installed an515-43-la-j621p with exactly the same characteristics, maybe the problem is in Windows? It costs 10 windows, maybe you need 11 windows

    To help you, if you send me a screenshot of the installed graphics adapter in your device manager or the exact model of your graphics card for the motherboard in question, I will send you the appropriate drivers.

    Upgrading to Windows 11 is up to you.
