What Driver should I set-up for 5g connection with my SF314-41G?

Hi all, the 5g connections in my house is discoverable but I can't connect (already verified it's working and able to accept connections using other devices).

I tried visiting the Qualcom atheros drivers catalog, but I can't seem to find which one should I download or use.

I'm running on Windows 11 Pro.

Apologies but I'm not really into technical troubleshooting.

Thanks in advance.

Your Swift SF314-41G laptop is running the QCANFA344A WLAN/BT card (see caption below) and Acer support for some strange reason has no drivers support for this card, and only has documents, bios and application for your laptop.

I suggest that you go to a site called HelpDrivers for the SF314-41G laptop as they have the WLAN driver for the Qualcomm Atheros QCANFA344A card driver from 2020/11/09 - driver version 12.0.0.948 for your laptop, also see the MS forum drivers and issues on the QCA344A card for further assistance .

If all the above doesn't fix your QCA344A cards 5G signal issue, change the card to the model Qualcomm Atheros QCNFA364A (which is pretty cheap on eBay) that is a replaceable and the same dual-band 1200Mbps NGFF M.2 WiFi card and see if that gives you a 5G signal. Good luck and hope this helps you out further.

It's not likely an issue with the WLAN drivers. When you attempt to connect, does your system see the SSID or not? If it does, does it ask for the password or not? We need to know exactly where the failure occurs…

Yes SSID appears, it asks for password, but when I attempt to connect, it always fails, I don't know where to find the logs, there must be somewhere where connection failure logs are being dumped
