This laptop has i3-1315U CPU with built in UHD Graphics, and a discrete RTX 2050 mobile GPU.

But it appears that its HDMI slot is wired to UHD Graphics instead of to discrete GPU, which is not smart.

You see that "Display 1: Connected to Intel® UHD Graphics"? That's the issue, it should be RTX 2050 instead.

I wanted to have 4K @ 144Hz resolution in an external monitor using the hdmi cable, but since the signal is supplied by UHD Graphics, it cannot deliver such option.

Can you confirm that this is true? Who thought it'd be a good idea to wire hdmi to CPU's built in graphics instead of a discrete one?
