Aspire 5 A515-45-Acer Sense "this device model is not supported" error. How can I fix it?

I accidentally uninstalled the Acer Sense app, which I was already using, and it worked perfectly. Then, once I tried reinstalling it, I got the "this device model is not supported" error. How can i fix it? I used the same version of the app, on the same laptop, same windows version and downloaded it from the official Acer website.

    What does your BIOS say your model name of your laptop is?
    Also check the version of BIOS. Is it v1.52?

    Bios is version 1.52. The model is Aspire 5 A515-45. Serial number also matches the model name

    Then it should work. Check if you have any pending windows update. To check for Windows updates, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and click "Check for updates."

    @Sharanji Tried all of that and nothing worked :(

    Do you know if there are other software that do the same thing as Acer Sense?

    Check in the device manager, software components, and uninstall anything related to AcerSense. Restart Windows and check for updates again.

    hello i have the same issue i accendently unistall the acer sense and now when am trying to install from the acer application store it says this model is not supoorted even my model is same what to do
