I want to change the silicone but I don't know how thick the silicone pad is and what brand of silicone should I use?

1.0 mm is the most common thermal pad thickness used for this model. Some locations may require 0.5 mm or 1.5 mm, depending on the contact gap between the heatsink and the components. If you don't have the original pad to measure and are doing preventive replacement, starting with 1.0 mm pads is usually safe, but keep a 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm option just in case.
