I'm trying to update my laptop but serial number or SNID does not exist in database.
I think I bought it in 2013.
When I type "E1 572" there are aprox. 4 configurations of my laptops.
I downloaded BIOS but the app. says error when I try to reinstall it.
I reinstalled the 8.1 to Win10 and I would like to have full driver support.
Can you help me?

If your Acer E1-572 laptop's serial number or SNID isn't being found in the Acer support database, it's likely due to an older model or a potential issue with the support system's database. While it's difficult to determine the exact cause without specific details, here's how to troubleshoot:

    1. Double-Check the Number:
      Type Carefully:
Ensure you're entering the serial number and SNID precisely as they appear on the laptop's sticker (usually found on the bottom or inside the battery compartment).
      Check for Errors:
Even a single incorrect character can prevent the system from finding the device.
    2. Use the Acer Care Center:
Windows Key: Press the Windows key and type "care center".
Check the Application: The application will display both the serial number and SNID, which you can then use for support or registration.
    3. Try the Model Number:
      Acer Support Website:
Go to the Acer website and try searching for your laptop by its full model number (e.g., E1-572).
      Drivers and Support:
This can help you find the correct drivers, manuals, and support information, even if the serial number or SNID isn't found.
    4. Contact Acer Support:
If Issues Persist: If you're still having trouble, contact Acer support directly. They may be able to access your device details using other methods or provide assistance.
    5. BIOS Update (Potential Solution):
      Check for Updates:
You might consider checking for BIOS updates for your E1-572. An outdated BIOS could potentially cause issues with how the system identifies the laptop.
      Follow Instructions:
If you find a relevant BIOS update, carefully follow the instructions provided by Acer to avoid any problems during the process.
    6. Other Considerations:
      Older Model:
Acer's support systems may not have comprehensive coverage for all legacy models, so your E1-572 might fall into that category.
      Database Issues:
There's a possibility that there might be temporary issues with Acer's support database.
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue and find the information you need for your Acer E1-572
