AN515-57 FPS Problem with nitro 5, GPU temperature never went above 60–65ºC, which I found odd

I had been experiencing FPS issues in many games for a long time, such as Baldur's Gate 3 and Elden Ring. What I noticed was that my GPU temperature never went above 60–65ºC, which I found odd, since I was playing with lag and FPS around 22–26.

However, after updating the NVIDIA driver, the FPS increased significantly — reaching 60–70 FPS in Elden Ring — and the temperature rose to 80–85ºC, as expected.

The issue is that every time I restart the PC, I have to reinstall the NVIDIA drivers. Otherwise, the GPU stays at 60–65ºC and the game runs at 22–26 FPS, as if the GPU isn't functioning properly.

Additionally, even after the update and improved performance, the game now completely freezes every 1 to 2 minutes for about 1 to 3 seconds before returning to normal at 60–70 FPS.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Here are my specifications:
